キャラパン求めて･･･

小さい頃はもっちろんよく見てたし家の近所にもいっぱいあった気がする。でも実際捜してみたらなかなかないもんだぁ。。。

意識して見てなかったからいつ頃から見なくなったのかも分からない。三宮、元町近辺のパン屋を中心に捜し歩いてみることにした。１件目、２件目・・・何件まわっても捜し求めているキャラクターパンがない。

売れなくなったから。著作権がうるさいから。と、いろいろな理由でキャラクターパンはなくなっていったようだ。

今は、神戸のパン屋にはパイ生地、トルテ物など、見た目もオシャレでいかにも「神戸」なパンがそろっていた。キャラクターパンはもうないのか？？２０件？もっと捜しまわったかもしれません。

パンダ発見！

求めていたようなキャラクターパンではなないけれど、パンダのクッキーがチョコパンの上についているクッキーパン発見！！キャラクターパンとは明らかに違う気もするけどあまりにもキャラクターパンがないのでパンダがついていることにちょっと感激。

ここでは、あるチームが優勝すると店頭に並ぶ幻のトラパンやペンギンパンなども扱ってるよう。

今回どこのパン屋でもいっていたことですが、昔は子供が喜んで買っていったが現在では、せっかく作っても余ってしまうので･･･ね　と少し寂しそうに話してくれました。

探してなければ作ればいい！！

ということで、今回神戸市中央区元町商店街の「ロンドン」さんに全面協力のもとなつかしのキャラクターパン「アンパンマン」を1日限定での復活をしていただくことのなりました。

せっかくなので作る工程の撮影やパン作りを体験させてほしいという勝手な探偵の要望にも快く応えていただき日を改めてのパン作りに初挑戦！！

まあ、全てをすることはさすがにできませんでしたので、生地の形成から挑戦させてもらいました。

今回の探偵の師匠はマスターの嘉悦さん。パン屋を初めて20年の大ベテラン。
今は懐かしい「アンパンマン」の復活となりました。

日を改めて挑戦！！

前日からの生地の下ごしらえのすんだものをアンパンマンの顔を作るところからの挑戦です。ここまでに既に前日に練った生地をねかせている師匠のこだわり！！探偵も見習わねば･･･

早速、顔の部分にあんを包むが、これがなかなか難しい。あんこの包み方にもコツがあるらしく均等にあんを包めたか不安いっぱいだけど、まあいいかっ

いちお？形が完成したところで１日目終了。これから明日の朝まで「ホイロ」の中でもう一晩寝かせます。明日はいよいよ顔書き、釜焼き！

いよいよ釜だし！！

２日目早朝、昨日形を整え発酵させておいたパンにやっとアンパンマンの顔を書いてキャラクターパンまで後一息！！顔はチョコペンにてまゆと目口書いていきます。まっすぐ書けずに奥さんに「愛嬌がある顔になったね」と励まされました。まあ一種の芸術？
さあいよいよ釜焼きです。毎日焼いているパンの合間に特別にアンパンマンも釜の中に･･･待つこと15分。ふっくらしたアンパンマンの出来上がりです。

早速食べてみようとしたら笑いながらたしなめられました。
パンは焼きたてがおいしいものだとおもってたら、アンパンは焼きたてより１，２時間おいたほうがおいしいと。試食はひとまずおあずけです。

出来はいかが？

事務所に戻りパンを半分に切ってみるとやっぱりなんか歪な包みぐあいのパンが約2個･･･自分の作品との変な愛着が沸きつつも、最後はおいしくいただきました。初めてのキャラクターパン製作。合間にパンの歴史はキリスト教から始まったことや、日本での普及は軍事目的だった？などのコネタを教えてもらいながらの体験レポートでした。

１日だけのアンパンマン復活に協力いただいたロンドンのオーナーさんや奥さんはすっごい気さくでいい人でした。
